Store unopened Thai basil drinking vinegar in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening.
Som Thai basil drinking vinegar can be mixed with chilled sparkling water or club soda to make a refreshing beverage. Four parts soda to one part drinking vinegar is recommended, but you may find different proportions suit your personal taste.
It also can be used as an ingredient in more complex non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, sauces, glazes, marinades, etc.
