This kit contains all the base ingredients to make a delicious paella:

The paella base is essentially a delicious broth made by cooking fresh meats and/or seafood & vegetables together with stock, herbs & spices. It contains all the base flavors and liquid you need to make a batch of paella.
Bomba rice is the premier paella rice, prized for its ability to absorb broth and reach the proper consistency. Pimenton is used to season paella, while piquillo peppers, a roasted sweet pepper variety, add additional color and flavor.
You can make paella from these ingredients alone, or add your own fresh meats, peas, and/or seafood during the cooking process.
Valencian Paella Base: Water, chicken, rabbit, duck, tomato, virgin olive oil, ferraura beans, garrofon beans, snails, onion, carrot, cabbage, leek, celery, sea salt, saffron, and rosemary.
Seafood Paella Base: Water, fish (angler fish, codfish, conger and scorpion fish), shellfish (crab, mussels, prawns and cockles), tomato, onion, virgin olive oil, carrot, leek, fennel, celery, sea salt, garlic, paprika, and saffron.
Squid Ink Paella Base: Water, fish (angler fish, codfish, conger and scorpion fish), shellfish (mussels, prawns, squid, cuttlefish), tomato, onion, virgin olive oil, carrot, leek, fennel, celery, sea salt, garlic, paprika, squid ink, and saffron.
Organic Piquillo Peppers: Piquillo peppers, salt, acidulant: citric acid.
