Salmon bites are an artisan-quality alternative to common salmon jerky. They’re much more tender than most jerky on the market, but still have a satisfying chew to their texture. They’re made from sustainably-caught wild Alaskan coho salmon fillets that are sliced into strips, brined with seasonings (in this case sweet & savory mirin, sake, & tamari soy sauce), then hot smoked & dehydrated. They’re tossed with sesame seeds & sea kelp.
After being dried, salmon bites are packed in convenient re-sealable 2oz pouches for easy snacking on the go.
Each serving of salmon bites (approximately two per pouch) contains 11 grams of protein and 240mg of healthy Omega 3 Fatty Acids. They are made without artificial ingredients, MSG, or preservatives.
Dear North salmon products are sustainably produced by the Huna Totem Corporation, a company owned and operated by Alaskan Natives who’ve been living in Hoonah, Alaska for over 250 years (and on the shores of Glacier Bay for thousands of years before that). They are committed to preserving their heritage and Alaska’s rich bounty for generations to come.
