Worcestershire sauce (aka Worcester sauce) is a tangy, savory
& sweet condiment frequently applied to beef dishes, but also used a
wide array of other recipes, from salad dressings to cocktails.
This Worcestershire sauce is sweetened with sorghum – not corn syrup –
and blended using pure Kentucky limestone spring water. Once the sauce
is mixed, it is aged in bourbon barrels (previously used to age fine
Kentucky bourbon) to mellow and marry the flavors.
This version does not contain the anchovies commonly found in
Worcestershire sauce – making it suitable for vegetarians, people with
anchovy/fish allergies, and those on special diets.
Ingredients: Water, sorghum, apple cider vinegar, naturally brewed soy sauce (soy beans, wheat, sea salt, yeast), tamarind, spices.
* No Chemical Ingredients.
